Booking outside the group details:

• Guests will incur additional costs for wedding attendance ( $300) to cover your resort pass and wedding fees

• Guests who book outside of the group miss out on numerous group perks: (transfers, concierge service, payment plan, spa discounts, etc…)

In an effort to limit our customers risk and cancellation fees we have partnered with a lead insurance provider to give you “Cancel for any reason insurance”. This insurance is the few insurances on the market that allows you to cancel for ANY reason and receive a MINIMUM PAYOUT of 75% (highest in the market) refund less the cost of insurance.

If you opt in and purchased the insurance:

100% Payout

• 100% Payout is limited to members who cancel for a covered reason (sickness, injury, job loss, etc..)

• 100% Payout is limited to members who COMPLETE their payment plan and cancel prior to 100 days of departure.

75% Payout

75% Payout is limited to members who DO NOT COMPLETE their payment plan or cancel outside of the allowable reduction thresholds by the resort.

We will be exploring flight block packages in October 2025 once we have a better sense of group size and departure cities.

If flight prices are high from your departure airport do not panic. The costs for flights typically drop 120 - 90 days from trip departure.

In a worst case scenario, if you’re unable to secure flights within budget you can leverage your insurance for a refund. (If opted in)

Trip insurance starts at $150 but is typically 10% of the value of your trip. You will receive a direct quote to gauge cost and leverage this information to opt in or out of insurance during Payment 1).

Please note that changes in group size may impact pricing and therefore any inclusions outside of all inclusive accommodations.

Pricing displayed above are exclusive to our group and will not change as long as we maintain our min group block (10+ rooms)

If you opt in to travel insurance and trip protection to ensure your trip investment is protected (receive 100% refund).

How it works:

100% Payout:

You cancel for a covered reason injury, job loss, illness etc… (200+ instances)

You cancel for ANY reason 91+ days prior to trip departure and your trip is paid in full

75% Payout:

You cancel for a reason that is not covered and have not paid for your trip in full.

You cancel for a reason that is not covered, paid in full, but canceled within 90 days of departure

Your deposit covers the cost of your trip protection plan and is non-refundable.

If your roommate cancels you will be placed in the roommate pool (based on availability) or you can upgrade to single occupancy.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable without cancel for any reason insurance

If you have cancel for ANY reason insurance and trip protection you can cancel worry free within these limits to receive up to 100% refund.

99 - 55 days prior to departure:

Up to 25% of the remaining room block may be released without penalty. Any rooms cancelled above the allowable 25%

will incur a 1-night penalty per room based on double occupancy and category cancelled.

55 - 40 days prior to departure:

Up to 15% of the remaining room block may be released without penalty. Any rooms cancelled above the allowable 15%

will incur a 2-night penalty per room based on double occupancy and category cancelled.

40 - 0 days prior to departure:

Any reductions, cancellations or no shows are 100% non-refundable.

Hotel check-in time is at 3:00 PM.
The check-out is at 12:00 PM.

If you arrive early or have a late departure you can leave your bags with the bellhop service and enjoy the resort amenities.
